Code of Conduct
Allied Legends Inc. has a zero-tolerance for harassment. We want to ensure that everyone attending has a fun, safe, and harassment-free time regardless of gender, sexual orientation, physical appearance, race, age or religion.
Should anyone attending feel like these rules have been violated by anyone please find one of the event staff and the violators will be expelled from the show without a refund at the discretion of the event organizers.
Everyone attending the show is subject to our Code of Conduct policy, and this includes Artists, Attendees, Vendors, Guests, members of the media (in any form), Sponsors, Staff, and Volunteers.
If you have been harassed, witnessed someone else being harassed, or should you have any general safety concerns please notify any member of our staff or volunteers. We will handle this in a timely and efficient manner. Should you not be able to find any member, please notify the local law enforcement immediately.
We want to ensure that everyone feels safe and welcomed at our event and appreciate the cooperation and understanding of our policy listed above.

Exhibitor / Vendor Policy
Thank you for your interest in being a Vendor at Freddy Beach Fan Fest 2023. Please have a review of the terms herein.
Rules for Exhibitors
Our event is a family-friendly event. Any offensive material should not be displayed openly. Our staff reserve the right to ask any vendor to not openly display items or to have the items removed from their tables.
Displays should not inhibit any other exhibitors’ display area.
Exhibitors will not exceed over 8 feet from the ground.
No exits shall be blocked, and vendors should not be exhibiting items from under their tables. These are due to local fire regulations and our staff reserves the right to ask vendors to remove items obstructing aisles and doorways.
Be respectful of your neighbors exhibiting next to you.
Unless there is an emergency, we ask that vendors do not tear down their displays prior to the closing of floor hours.
Keep your display area free of any debris and garbage.
Exhibitor badges must always be worn when on the show floor.
Should a vendor be selling unauthorized reproduction items (counterfeit) or any item deemed illegal, The exhibitor will be asked to leave the premises with all their items and not receive compensation.
Exhibitors will not sublet their location in any parts without the consent of Event Organizing Team
The Venue does not permit the sale of food or drink items without prior consent.
There will be no slandering, defaming or otherwise harm to the integrity of the event or attendees including other vendors. This includes Spoken, physical, written, or any other means that are deemed inappropriate by the event organizing team. Anyone in violation of this will be expelled without reimbursement.
The Freddy Beach Fan Fest team is not responsible for property loss or damage. The exhibitor area is a controlled area and will be locked each night. Once locked, exhibitors or attendees will not be able to gain entry and will be monitored by overnight security during non-show hours.
There will be first aid volunteers on-site to respond to any medical needs.
Set Up time and show hours
Set-Up Friday August 18th between 2PM and 10PM;
Saturday August 19th 7 am – 930 am.
Saturday August 19th 10am – 5pm;
Sunday August 20th 10am – 4pm.
Location and floorplan
The final layout and floor plan will be made readily available approximately 4 weeks prior to the event.
The event team reserves the right to revise the floor plan and/or move any exhibitor as required.
25% down payment must be received within 2 weeks of invoice, Remainder due April 1st.
Any cancellation prior to April 1st will receive a 100% refund
Any cancellations after April 1st but prior to July 1st 2023 will receive a 50% refund.
After July 1st there will be no refunds on payments.
Should the event be canceled for reasons beyond our control including but not limited to: Natural disaster, government pandemic response, war, or fire, you will be refunded in full.

Any personal or business information provided to Allied Legends is confidential and will not be shared with other organizations.

Press & Media Passes
Press and Media passes to Freddy Beach Fan Fest will only be provided after submission of an application and verified credentials.
Anyone wishing to apply for Press credentials to our show must fill out the application and submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Application must be submitted within 30 days prior to the event.
- Permission to use photos of persons or creative property must be given prior to any publication.
- Any interviews with creator guests must be obtained prior to and must not interfere with any programming.
- We ask that if posting anything to social media please tag @freddybeachfanfest and/or use the hashtag #freddybeachfanfest.
If media passes are given, all representatives will not be excluded from the rules and regulations set out by Freddy Beach Fan Fest, they must always adhere to the Code of Conduct, as well as rules set out by the venue.
Should any of the above not be adhered to, it will result in the expulsion from grounds as well as forfeiture of media passes from that individual and potentially the organization of which they represent.
